Improving health — especially when emotions and physical symptoms are involved — takes time.
Packages allow us to build trust, explore root causes, support the nervous system, and make meaningful adjustments over time rather than rushing care into a single session.

After completing the package, we’ll review progress and discuss whether ongoing support is needed
There is no obligation to continue although most patients remain in care.
At present, hypnotherapy and CBT are being integrated as I complete my qualifications.
Where appropriate, mind-body techniques may be incorporated alongside naturopathic care, and full hypnotherapy offerings will be shared once available.
Yes. Children’s consultations are offered within the same structured package model, with sessions adapted to be gentle, age-appropriate and family-centred.
That’s exactly why the Discovery Call exists.
It's an opportunity to briefly discuss what you're looking for, learn more about my approach and decide whether working together feels appropriate.
If I don't believe I'm the right practitioner for your needs, I'll be open about that and, where possible, suggest a more appropriate avenue of support.
Consultation fees vary depending on the type of appointment and level of support required. Full pricing and details of what is included are available on the booking page, so you'll know the costs before deciding to proceed.
If you're unsure which option is right for you, you're welcome to book a free Discovery Call first.
The cost of the Initial consultation package (2 consultations) is £260.
The cost of any Follow up consultations is £107
*Payment must be made before the consultation.
*There are no refunds after consultations.
Before your consultation, you'll be asked to complete a health questionnaire so I can begin to understand your health history and current concerns.
It is also helpful to have available:
- Recent blood test or pathology results
- Relevant medical reports or previous functional test results
- A current list of medications and dosages
- A list or photographs of any supplements or herbal medicines you're taking
Any questions or particular concerns you'd like us to discuss
Don't worry if you don't have everything. The most important thing is simply to come prepared to talk about your health, your experiences and what you would like support with.
Your initial consultation gives us time to explore your current symptoms, medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, medications and supplements, as well as other factors that may be influencing your health.
My aim is to understand the whole picture rather than looking at individual symptoms in isolation. From there, we can determine the most appropriate next steps and develop your personalised treatment plan.
This varies considerably depending on your health concerns, goals and how long symptoms have been present. Meaningful change often requires time, which is why I value continuity of care rather than approaching health as a single appointment or quick fix.
We'll regularly review your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
Yes. Online consultations allow us to work together wherever you are located, subject to any professional or regulatory requirements that apply to your circumstances. You'll receive information about your appointment and any forms you need to complete before we meet.
No. Functional testing is an additional cost and is only recommended where I believe it may provide useful information to help guide your care.
If testing is recommended, I'll explain why I think it may be helpful, what we're looking to understand and the associated costs before you decide whether you'd like to proceed.
No. Nutritional supplements and herbal medicines are not included in your consultation fee.
Recommendations are made according to your individual needs, and I aim to keep treatment plans practical and appropriate rather than recommending supplements unnecessarily. Where supplements or herbal medicines are suggested, I'll explain why they have been included in your plan.
You can reach out anytime via the contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one-two business days.

Every plan is individual. Depending on your needs, recommendations may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbal or nutritional medicine, sleep and movement strategies, nervous system support and practical behaviour-change strategies.
As my work integrates further with CBT and clinical hypnotherapy, these approaches may also be incorporated where appropriate.
Not necessarily. Testing is never recommended simply for the sake of testing.
Where appropriate, I may recommend blood tests or functional testing if the results are likely to provide useful information and influence your treatment plan. I'll explain why I am recommending a test, what we hope to learn from it and any additional costs before you decide whether to proceed

Where appropriate, naturopathic care can work alongside conventional treatment to provide additional support through nutrition, lifestyle medicine and other evidence-informed approaches.
I will also recommend medical assessment or referral where I believe a health concern requires investigation outside my scope of practice.
