Step 1: Book your free Discovery Health call and Assessment to learn how we can work together.

Step 2: Select Initial consultation package (3 x consultations) to begin your health and wellness journey.

Step 3: After you have had your 3 consultations, any further follow up appointments can be scheduled individually.

Note: all Initial consultations can only be purchased as a package of 3 consultations. This is to ensure that you receive the highest quality and continuity of care on your pathway to improved health.

  • This consultation is booked before an initial consultation.
    It provides the opportunity to discuss your health and wellbeing concerns and understand if Rachel's approach and expertise is best suited to your needs.
    Consultations are scheduled during the discovery call.

  • The Initial consultation package provides 3 consultations.
    The first consultation is booked during the Discovery call which is a prerequisite before scheduling the consultations.

    All initial consultations can only be purchased in a package of 3 .
    Included:
    - Initial consultation (60 minutes)
    - 2 x Follow up consultations (45 minutes)

    *To be used within 6 months from date of purchase.

    Initial Consultation: 60 minutes

    During the initial appointment we will discuss you or your child's health concerns. A thorough case history is discussed and taken in order to gain as much information as possible to put together a comprehensive treatment plan.

    Specific functional testing maybe recommended to help gain more insight into you or your child's current health.

    Treatment recommendations are based around specific functional nutritional and herbal medicines alongside dietary and lifestyle advice.

    Follow up Appointment: 45 minutes

    45 minutes

    The follow up appointment is recommended for all appointments following the initial consultation for ongoing treatment.

    The follow up appointment is where we review:

    - current treatment plan

    - review testing results

    - review of current health

    - address any new health concerns

    *There are 2 Follow up appointment 45 minutes in length as part of the package.

  • 30 min

    This appointment is for current patients only. 

    Review of recent pathology and/or functional laboratory testing is reviewed in each follow up consultation with any adjustments to treatment discussed.
